📦 Return Eligibility

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items purchased in-store and online follow the same return terms.

⚠️ Opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and collector value concerns.

🏬 Return In-Store (Free)

You can return your item directly to our shop:

🚚 Return by Courier

If you prefer to return the item by courier:

  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
  • We recommend using a tracked service to avoid delays or loss.

💸 Refunds

  • As of now, we do not offer refunds—only exchanges are available.
  • If your product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we’ll arrange a replacement (if available) or store credit.

🔄 Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item:

  • Make sure it's in original, unopened condition.
  • Exchanges are processed after the item is inspected.
  • You may exchange for a different product of equal or greater value (additional charges may apply).

  • Limited edition or clearance items
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Items not in their original packaging
